Terms of service

You may use ReadFast only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your account, your submitted content, and activity that occurs under your account.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
• You may not share access in a way that circumvents account, plan, or usage limits.

You retain whatever rights you have in content you submit to ReadFast. By submitting content, you give ReadFast permission to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content as needed to operate the service, including generating summaries, translations, audio, and related outputs.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and to authorize that processing.

You may not use ReadFast to:

• Violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, or misuse content you do not have the right to upload or process.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, scrape non-public areas, or probe for vulnerabilities.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Use the service to distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent or abusive content.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the service in a way that competes with or harms ReadFast.

ReadFast uses automated systems to generate summaries, translations, audio, and related output. These outputs may contain mistakes, omissions, or inaccurate interpretations. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

Certain ReadFast features rely on YouTube content or YouTube API Services. By using those features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

• Some features require a paid subscription or separate knowledge point purchase.
• Prices, plan features, usage allowances, and limits may change from time to time.
• If you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation, subject to the billing terms shown at checkout.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged or consumed.

If you choose to create a public shared link, the shared content may be accessible to anyone with the URL. You are responsible for deciding what content to make public.

We may suspend or terminate access to ReadFast if we believe you violated these terms, created risk or legal exposure, or used the service in a way that harms ReadFast, other users, or third parties.

ReadFast is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete security, or error-free output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadFast and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date above and provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of ReadFast after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
